History of 751

The 751, is a majestic and historical building designed by Albert Kahn for the First State Bank in 1924. This building was also the first project which master-stone mason and sculptor Corrado Parducci worked on in Detroit.

  • The full building historic restoration, completed in 2017, was paired with the newest and the most state-of-the-art mechanicals, build-outs and comforts, and is now the headquarters to Marxmoda.
  • The building is 24,500 square feet with a ground floor two-story space which boasts an impressive plaster and painted ceiling and is a contributing building in the historic Detroit Financial District.
  • Sits on the corner of Lafayette Boulevard and Griswold Street overlooking Campus Martius in the heart of Downtown Detroit.
